By accessing or using Accounting Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Accounting Platform provides cloud-based payroll processing, human resources management, time tracking, and benefits administration services for businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accounting Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
